Introduction

A little bit about Jaclyn Yared.

For as long as she can remember, Jaclyn Yared of Grand Rapids, Michigan, has maintained a deep desire to help others. With a degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science, Jaclyn is also a certified specialist in brain injury, professional career coaching, and employment. Since the launch of her professional career in 2004, Jaclyn has leveraged her expertise in these areas to establish herself as a trusted figure in everything from business operations and leadership to rehabilitation services and vocational therapy.

Jaclyn Yared got her start at Hope Network, a non-profit organization located in Grand Rapids that helps individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, drug and alcohol addiction, mental illness, and developmental disabilities gain independence through joining the workforce and stepping back into society. As a Vocational Specialist, Jaclyn was tasked with not only providing vocational therapy services to those in need, but she also maintained positive relationships with staff and committee members, assisted with the planning and execution of fundraising events, created positive client experiences through effective conflict resolution and communication, and much more.

Jaclyn’s work in this capacity enabled her to gain foundational knowledge in many of the skills she holds today, including exceptional customer service, management and leadership, marketing and networking, working independently, working alongside a team, and problem-solving and decision-making.

The growth Jaclyn Yared of Grand Rapids experienced at Hope Network inspired her to take her career trajectory into her own hands and dive into the realm of entrepreneurship. As a result, Jaclyn established Connections Consultant, a rehabilitation service that has helped hundreds of individuals transition back into society post-recovery, in 2012. From the organization’s very inception, Jaclyn and her team have taken a unique approach to each client’s treatment, taking into account their individual needs, goals, and challenges. By setting and maintaining this standard, Jaclyn Yared has built a stellar reputation in the medical field, earning the mutual respect of her peers, colleagues, and even members of the insurance industry.
